Tow & Go Recovery Newcastle

Tow & Go Recovery is a car recovery and towing business based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The company provides towing and recovery services in Newcastle and surrounding areas, and its staff have over 20 years of driving experience. It offers emergency off-road towing, roadside assistance, long-distance towing, and vehicle recovery.

Drivers with snapped springs, caravans needing transport and cars bound for a trusted local garage all feature among the work that Tow & Go Recovery Newcastle has handled, and the pattern in the feedback is one of punctuality combined with fair dealing. Customers in several reviews describe Terry as professional, friendly and courteous, and it is his name that recurs throughout the accounts rather than the company's. Arriving exactly when promised is a point that comes up often, whether the job involved a breakdown, a vehicle that could not be driven or a caravan collected and delivered to a seasonal pitch, with communication maintained from the initial enquiry through to arrival.

Reviews regularly refer to pricing described as reasonable, fair and competitive, including the cost of a battery replacement, and the way awkward situations were handled without fuss, such as towing a car to a mechanic chosen by its owner. Email enquiries are answered promptly, cars are loaded quickly, and the impression left is of reliability and trustworthiness. Vehicles reach their destination as agreed, and the service is summed up by the handling of each job rather than anything else.
