Car Recovery Edinburgh

O'Malley Recovery is the trading name used by Car Recovery Edinburgh, a car recovery and towing business based in Edinburgh. The business specialises in breakdown recovery, roadside assistance, towing and secure vehicle transport for cars and vans. Its service area covers Edinburgh, East Lothian, Livingston and the Scottish Borders. It uses modern recovery vehicles and professional equipment.

Breakdowns at the roadside or away from home sit at the heart of the accounts left for this Edinburgh recovery operation. A number of customers describe being answered straight away and attended within a short time, including a vehicle collected while its owner was at work and another moved from one side of the Forth to the other after breakdown cover proved insufficient. Vehicles that would not start, from a van to an electric car, are taken to a garage for repair, and the knowledge shown in doing so is singled out more than once.

Named staff including Alec and Fiona draw thanks for a polite and helpful manner, while Iain earns particular praise for honest, reliable workmanship, fair charges and advice that keeps unnecessary repairs off the bill. Long-standing clients report that difficulties with their cars are resolved each time, whether they need practical assistance or simply a steer on what to do next, and that the response regularly exceeds expectations. Efficiency, trustworthiness and clear communication before and after a job recur throughout the feedback, alongside a friendly tone from the first call to the point the vehicle changes hands.
