Mk auto recovery is repeatedly described by customers as a reliable choice for breakdowns and vehicle transport around Edinburgh, with reviewers highlighting how quickly a driver is dispatched after a call. Several accounts mention a car being collected, towed and, in some cases, repaired the same day, including one instance where an alternator and brakes were sorted through a local mechanic. Punctuality comes up often: motorists note that the driver arrives when promised and keeps them informed about the estimated time of arrival, with updates sent by phone throughout the process.

Handling is praised too, with cars loaded and delivered carefully, and one customer receiving confirmation that the vehicle had reached the requested drop-off point. Customers describe the pricing as fair, affordable and transparent, and the service as polite, friendly and professional from the first call onwards. Advice on nearby garages and repairs is mentioned, along with help for a flat tyre, a dead battery and a motorway breakdown caused by a pothole. The same names and themes recur across the feedback, pointing to consistent communication and efficient recovery work.
