It offers jump starts and flat battery assistance, accident recovery, and long distance nationwide recovery. It also buys unwanted vehicles. The service is fully insured and handles prestige vehicles, motorhomes, classic cars, vans and everyday recovery. It provides door-to-door recovery for cars and vans across Scotland and transports vehicles to a preferred garage.

Edinburgh motorists repeatedly turn to this recovery and towing outfit for breakdown assistance, and the praise is strikingly consistent. A handful of customers describe the service as quick and efficient, with vehicles collected promptly and delivered to a garage of choice without fuss. Punctuality features heavily: reviewers note arrival at the promised time, sometimes ahead of schedule, and one account of an emergency recovery mentions a driver who, having been on another job, messaged as soon as he was free and came straight out. Fair, reasonable pricing comes up often, with the cost described as good value relative to other quotes.

Communication is another recurring theme, from the first call through to updates during the day and confirmation once the job was done. A named member of staff, Scott, is singled out for friendliness, a professional manner and a calm approach that made the whole process straightforward. The work itself spans breakdown recovery, caravan movement and transporting a vehicle to a mechanic for repair, and customers mention being offered a lift home afterwards. Many return to use the service again, and the readiness to assist when someone is stuck is a point that comes up often.
