What an absolute pleasure it was terry was very helpful actually coming onto the steam packet boat when it docked and collecting my vehicle which couldn't be driven. He was there waiting for me as i arrived and made the whole process smooth and easy. 100% i would recommend and definitely use again if I need Many thanks Matt
Great quick service, , I broke down at the start of the motorway in not the best place on the hard shoulder. guy was there really quick and made it stress free, would definitely recommend using these, spot on, really nice guy
Rang Terry after a crash in Bootle, he came very fast, got our car on the truck within 10 minutes, even gave a hand to the other cars recovery team who were struggling, definitely recommend
The service was brilliant. The car lost power on the A55 in Wales and I had to pull over. Darren was able to give an exact estimate of the time to get to me, and when he arrived, he took really good care of our car, and was extremely conscientious in loading it carefully and checking fittings. He was extremely kind, courteous and considerate, and was happy to unload the car wherever suited me best. I only chose ‘reasonable price’ because I’ve never used this service before (we are with the AA, but because this was the second time this fault had arisen on this trip, they won’t come out again for the same fault). When I googled the price, this was in the ballpark of the price they suggested, towards the lower end.
Fantastic service. My car broke down on the motorway and I was extremely upset and scared. The recovery driver was absolutely brilliant kind, professional and reassuring from start to finish. He made a very stressful situation so much easier. Thank you again!
