My experience with Easy Car Recovery was fantastic. The person I spoke to on the phone was super friendly, clear, and made the whole process really easy. The driver showed up on time, took great care of my car, and everything was handled quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience!

Called easy car recovery shortly after I had gotten home from attempting to troubleshoot why my vehicle wasn't working(Ran out of fuel fml, and killed the battery waiting.) and I called them up to schedule a pickup on the m26. However, I was broken down in the worst position on the motorway and thus caused further travel time for the agent to pickup my vehicle. Overall, the timing of from a phone call to being notified my vehicle was picked up was fantastic. Within roughly an 1-hour and could've been quicker if I was more specific on exact location! Definitely a decent service but I poorly described the vehicle location.

Problem solvers - my challenge was broken down car on a residential road, with the key in the wrong location ! They came up with several options on ways of dealing, were very transparent about the pricing (which seemed fair based on earlier quotes), and Sarah (?) was very proactive in terms of keeping me up to date. Good business model, well executed. Keep it up.

I’m very happy with the service. It was Easter time night. My car’s battery was dead. I called at 4.04am and at 4.25am my car was ready. Very quickly! And man who came was very nice and patient. Explain what to do. Fully recommend.
