I needed to tow a car from Plymouth to Bristol. I was dreading the cost, but Omar gave me a very reasonable quote. He was very straightforward with his pricing and arrived exactly on time. If only every professional interaction was this easy. 👏🏾

Just recovered my CUPRA from Tuanton after I got a flat tyre. Here within an hour and dropped off at the tyre shop. Kind friendly and super helpful. 100% recommend knows what he's doing. Thank you

Umar (Nyanzi Breakdown Recovery) is someone you can trust. He is reliable, kind, caring and super-competitively priced. I broke down in my long-wheel based camper on the M4 (in a terrible location on junction 20!) I had to call 999 ans the transport police were quickly out to me and needed me recovered fairly quickly. When my roadside recovery service were unable to recover me (long story) I reluctantly had to call around independent companies and the price that Umar quoted me was (in some cases) 1/2 of what other companies quoted me . Umar asked for a 10% deposit via bank transfer which he immediately confirmed receiving payment of and then started sharing his ‘live location’ with me so I could see his progress . He was with me within 45 minutes . (He had also arranged a second larger vehicle to be on standby .. just incase my van was too big to get onto the vehicle he was currently using) He had my camper professionally secured on the flat bed in no time (and even used dollys so the tail plate wouldn’t snag) and recovered it safely back to Wales. I paid the remaining balance only when the vehicle was unloaded . Umar is super friendly and intent on offering you the best service . He is kind and understanding . Honestly - I cannot recommend him as an individual and histecovery services enough . 10/10

I'm not rating their service but I met one of their lorries when I was riding my horse. We were on a motorway bridge and I asked the driver to stop as my mare hadn't been over the bridge many times and I didn't want us to meet on the top. He was so lovely, he stopped, turned off his engine and waited until I was past. I thanked him profusely and he was lovely about it.

My car broke just outside of work last night, I initially contacted AA but they were going to be 2 hours and I didn't have recovery. I phoned Umar and he was with me within 30 minutes, really nice guy and managed to recover my car despite it having no steering. Would recommend to anyone.

Great guy and a fantastic reliable service at an affordable price. I called for a last minute arrangement which was dealt with very professionally. There was communication from start to finish leaving no doubts in my mind. Got my car home safely would 100% recommend!
