Ali was insanely helpful tonight. Put me in touch on a Sunday evening with someone who could arrive within 30 minutes. That local didn’t work out and Ali refunded my deposit straight away and has removed that provider from their contacts and reported their service. Things clearly won’t always go right but it’s how you deal with it when it doesn’t that counts, and Ali and Help Vehicle Recovery dealt with it perfectly and ensured I got what I needed, fast.
