Had my car recovered by these people just been to collect my personal goods from the salvage yard...disgusted everything riflesd through and tossed in the driver's footwell dirty ...cash and CDs gone missing ? 17/4 called by Dave have provided full email of condition etc when in his car review altered as promised taking this up with. My car was recovered by Arba after a crash, after which it was written off. I had personal belongings left in my vehicle, which had to be abandoned at the roadside. Arba gave the most excellent service, from answering the phone promptly and efficiently to Christian visiting my house 3 times to pick up the key and later to return my belongings. He even took a beautiful photograph of my dearly-loved little car and presented me with an enlarged print, which I shall frame! This company is exceptional. They go the extra mile. I would recommend them very highly indeed and without hesitation.

My car broke down in Gosforth and needed to get to the gateshead garage where I bought it to be repaired. Called Arba and they said they would be there in 30 mins which they were. Jason was excellent and had car on recovery vehicle in a few minutes. unloaded vehicle at garage for me then give me lift back home, nice one mate.

Jason come for us to recover my car straight away when we rang him. Excellent service and price very.practical.we would recommend him.And he gave us a lift back to Monkseaton on his way to another job.

They deserve 6 out of 5 stars. We had a car accident, and Arba towed our car. They were very friendly and did everything to make it as hassle free for us as possible.

Broke down over 100 miles from home with 2 kids. From phoning breakdown to Arba coming was within an hour, very quick & reliable. Jason was great, had my car on the truck within minutes. Would definitely recommend Arba and would definitely use again. Thanks again Jason ☺️
