My BMW X5 broke down without any warning while I was driving through London, and I wasn't sure what to do. After searching for a car recovery service in London, I came across Autophix Recovery and decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did. The person on the phone was helpful and kept me updated while the technician was on his way. He arrived much quicker than I expected, was polite, and got straight to work. Instead of just recovering the vehicle, he carried out a full diagnostic using his equipment, quickly identified the fault, and managed to get the car running again at the roadside. What impressed me most was his knowledge and honesty. He explained exactly what had caused the issue and gave me advice on what to do next, without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. It's rare to find a company that's reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. If you need BMW breakdown recovery, roadside assistance in London, mobile diagnostics, or vehicle recovery, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Autophix Recovery. Excellent service from start to finish. Thanks again for turning a stressful situation into a straightforward one.

The service provided by Mohammed saved our very bad day, our car broke down and even AA were not answering our calls. The phone was answered quick, following with a reassurance and solution. He arrived faster than the ETA and even quickly checked the car out himself. As we are not from the area we broke down in, his service and reassurance has made as feel comfortable to leave our car in another city knowing our car is in trusted hands. Highly recommend

Mohammed and Buzz were absolute legends! Super speedy and efficient, they answered all questions and were very transparent about their upfront costs. Helped me tow a larger van across London with no hassle and no hidden fees. 100% would recommend. Thanks for the all the help!!
