CAPMEG Recovery & Transport

Motorway breakdowns and highway emergencies form the backdrop to most of the accounts left for this Cardiff operator, whose customers were largely private drivers caught out by a sudden vehicle failure. Speed is the theme that runs through the feedback, with more than one account describing a response that arrived well within half an hour of the first call. Reviewers repeatedly mention punctuality and dependability, and professionalism is cited just as consistently, often in the same sentence as efficiency.

Friendliness and a helpful manner come up alongside the practical side of the job, and the calm tone of the recovery is noted by those who were stranded at the roadside. The work described is attendance at breakdowns and the transport of the affected vehicle away from the scene. No account raises a dispute over charges or an unfinished recovery. A closing point that customers return to is how quickly the operator reached them and how professionally the whole job was handled from the moment of contact.
