Car.co.uk Manchester

Car.co.uk is operated by New Reg Limited, where Anthony Sharkey serves as COO. The company has scrapped more than 130,000 vehicles. Its main service is buying and collecting scrap cars, offering free home collection across all Manchester postcodes, with same-day or next-day slots available.

Payment is made by bank transfer once the vehicle is collected, and a Certificate of Destruction is available on request. Licensed ATFs handle every step of the scrapping process in line with UK regulations. Car.co.uk works with a network of specialist responsible recycling partners and authorised buyers, and buys vehicles regardless of condition.

This Manchester scrap car collection service draws consistently positive feedback, with reviewers highlighting how effortless the entire arrangement proves to be. Booking is repeatedly described as quick and simple, and customers note that confirmation and reminders arrive before the collection day, with communication remaining strong as the driver sets off. Punctuality is a recurring theme, as drivers are said to arrive at the agreed time or ahead of schedule, and several reviewers praise their courteous and helpful manner.

One driver, Lee, is named for making contact in advance and finishing the handover within minutes. The transaction itself is reported to take only a short while, after which payment reaches the customer's account almost immediately, sometimes while the vehicle is still being secured on the lorry. First-time sellers particularly appreciate the guidance offered on declaring a car as scrapped, and the offer received for a vehicle is described as fair. A no-fuss, hassle-free process from the initial booking through to the final payment is the theme that runs through the accounts.
