Thank you for your excellent and very quick assistance when our car battery died. Your kind and reassuring presence put us at ease.
Amazing service, professional, calm and cheerful. Ade was a lifesaver! After our hire van broke down and another towing service scammed us, Ade came to our rescue and brought the cheer along with him. He is super positive and really helped reduce our stress with the whole situation. Got us back all the way across London in good time. We recommend him and his service wholeheartedly, 1000%.
He arrived on time and transported my car with great care. Highly recommended to everyone.
Such an amazing company! Kind, friendly and always speedy! Would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family too! Overall fantastic experience 🙌🏽
Ade was recommended to me by White Rose Motors garage. I’m so glad that I followed through with this recommendation. Ade was responsive to my messages for help to recover my car, kept me updated re his eta, and was friendly and reassuring when he arrived. Thank you.
Amazing recovery service – highly recommended! My car broke down in a very dangerous spot — right in the overtaking lane behind traffic lights near Highgate station. I tried calling my recovery company many times but couldn’t get through. Feeling stressed, I did a quick Google search and found Crown car Recovery. likely he was available and arrived in about 20 minutes, which was incredible. He was calm, professional, and extremely helpful. He safely recovered my car and took it to my trusted garage. Excellent service, fast response, and very friendly attitude. I’m really grateful for the help and would 100% recommend Luca Recovery to anyone who needs roadside assistance. Definitely worth saving his number!
Ade is a gem! He came to pick up our car which had broken down in the middle of the night, fixed it, brought it back to us and came back for after care service. Profesional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.
