My car had a mechanical issue yesterday when my wife was driving with our baby son in Southeast London, and had to park the car on the side of the road. It was the first time I had to call a tow truck and wasn't really sure how to go about it. Found Excel Breakdown Recovery And Vehicle Transport on Google Maps. Spoke to Ali on the phone (6pm) who gave me a quote to collect the car and take it to a car shop in Shadwell next morning. Ali offered to collect the car at 9pm that day. Everything went really smooth, the communication from Ali was impecable and the car was dropped at the shop at the agreed time. Ali sent me pictures of the car parked in front of the shop and the mechanic also confirmed the car was there. No fuss. Simple, will recommend and (hopefully not) use again!
Ali was very helpful and super easy to communicate with. Such a swift and easy collection and drop off, answered every one of my calls and replied to my messages. Great service, i have used this company twice now and will continue to do so. They are very professional and took extremely great care of my car during loading and drop, ensuring nothing scraped and making sure things were done slowly but correctly.
