What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Cars Recovery Breakdown London handles breakdowns, towing and vehicle transport for drivers across the capital, and the feedback left for the company centres on punctual arrival and careful handling. A handful of customers describe the response as swift, with one recalling a call answered faster than expected and another noting that assistance arrived on a busy night. Reviewers frequently point to being kept informed, whether by email or by the crew on scene, and the towing itself is described as damage-free, supported by equipment that customers call excellent.

Named staff feature prominently: Alan is thanked for the patient effort of extracting a car from an awkward garage, Ian for attending a seized tyre puncture, and Alin for diagnosing a fault efficiently. A point that comes up often is the calm, friendly manner of those sent out, which customers say put them at ease after breaking down in unfamiliar places. The awkward jobs stand out too, including a Tesla moved from a public car park to a service centre. Fair pricing is mentioned alongside the professional attitude, and gratitude runs through accounts of rescues completed without fuss, right down to the sense of humour one customer credited to the owner.

Very helpful and positive experience. Alan took time and trouble to help me remove the car from the garage, which was quite tricky, before towing it to the garage. Would happily recommend
