GM Motors Car Recovery

GM Motors is a Belfast-based vehicle recovery and roadside assistance company with over 25 years of experience in the motor trade industry. The company recovers cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles, including non-runners, accident-damaged vehicles, and MOT failures. It works alongside Northern Ireland's leading accident management companies. Vehicle transport is provided for dealerships, auctions, private sales, and non-running vehicles.

GM Motors also buys used, damaged, MOT failure, accident-damaged, and scrap vehicles. Roadside assistance includes jump starts, flat tyre changes, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and battery checks. Its average response time is between 45–60 minutes within Belfast and nearby locations. The company uses modern recovery trucks and professional equipment. Services are provided across Belfast, Newtownabbey, Bangor, and Lisburn.

Prompt, friendly assistance is the theme running through feedback for this Belfast recovery operation, with Glen named time and again as the person who answers the call. Several buyers describe him arriving within twenty to thirty minutes, even during the busiest periods, and one account recalls him coming back after a job because the vehicle would not move once it had been pulled from a ditch. A point made in several accounts is that he transported cars to a garage of the customer's choosing and delivered a vehicle safely to a home address, in one case travelling roughly thirty miles to reach a stranded driver.

Clear communication stands out: he replied to text messages, offered advice about the vehicle and explained when he would arrive. The pricing is described as reasonable, with one customer noting it came in lower than anticipated, and the same helpful manner extended to a dog travelling in the car. Quick, reassuring handling of stressful breakdowns is the common thread, whether the job involved a van collected from a testing centre or a car recovered from a busy road. Beyond recovery and towing, the business covers vehicle repair, scrap collection and battery supply.
