Wow. Top customer service, I just finished work and I was in the car park and my car would not go into gear. I called Unique vehicle recovery & breakdown Who answered the phone straight away, I told him what the problem was and he was there in 15 minutes. When he got there, he was very polite and told me it was nothing major to worry about as he was able to manually put the car into drive and load it on. When we got home he unloaded the car and told me he would see if he could do something about the problem which would save me going to the garage, he had a look at the gear more closely and found out that only the selector needed replacing as it wasn’t allowing me to go into Drive and Neutral - this was above and beyond to what I expected and all for a FANTASTIC PRICE.

I was stranded somewhere on a countryside road without any hope of being found after speaking with AA where they were no use... I came across unique recovery through google search.. Jimmy was fantastic, he was able to locate me through an app and was with me within 30 minutes.. offered me warm tea and got me home safe and sound... excellent work from an outstanding stand up man!! I'd give 10 stars if I could
