What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Hewa 24/7 breakdown recovery service draws consistent praise for the speed of its call-outs, with reviewers repeatedly describing vehicles collected within roughly half an hour of first contact, even late at night or at midnight. The owner, Hewa, is named often and described as friendly, patient and down to earth, willing to talk through the situation and explain the work involved before getting started. Communication is a recurring point, covering both the booking stage and after the job, and one customer notes being driven back to base once the vehicle had been collected.

Charges are described as fair and reasonable, including for a flat battery call-out at the airport and for a tow. The work ranges from jump starts to towing and transport to a chosen garage, and longer runs are mentioned, including a recovery to Birmingham. Reviewers also note care with the vehicle and advice when a garage had previously failed to carry out promised repairs. What stands out is how calmly Hewa handled changing circumstances, waiting patiently while a customer decided on next steps rather than rushing the job.
