The pick up service was very smooth; Marc kept me informed about his likely arrival time and he dragged the car onto his truck with care and skill. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
Amazing service! I needed to get my towed urgently to a mechanic and the guys at Fast Rocovery got it sorted within the next 24 hours, just like what I had requested. Marc was also punctual and very friendly and a really nice chap to have a chat with! Highly recommended!
I used Fast Recovery to get my non running car dropped of at the dealership to be checked. The team picked the car up from my address, dropped at at tge dealership and booked it in with the service department for me! Highly recommended, very professional and good value for money.
Broke down in traffic during rush hour in Edinburgh. Service was unbelievably quick - was home within 40 mins of calling because they were nearby. Service was excellent and really kind guy was helping figure out the issue. Overall nice experience for being stuck somewhere with the car! Not super cheap but definitely worth it for the service and peace of mind. 100% recommend.
Absolutely outstanding service from Simon. Had to leave my broken down car at Edinburgh airport and required it towed back to Johnstone the next day . He went above and beyond by coming through and collecting they keys then returning the vehicle safely the same evening. Communication throughout was great and all at a reasonable price. Really helped me out at short notice . I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company .
Excellent company! Live upto their name, great communication. Simon came and picked up my car when I broke down over the weekend when I didn't know what to do. He kindly took me home as I would have been stranded, very down to earth guy, easy to get on with. Would highly reccomend.
